“Your Legacy Will Never Be Forgotten” – Nengi Says As She Reacts To The Death Of Sound Sultan

Former BBNaija housemate, Nengi, has also joined the league of celebrities to eulogise Nigerian rapper, Sound Sultan.

Sound Sultan died on Sunday, July 11, 2021, after reportedly suffering complications from throat cancer. His death was confirmed by his family in a statement sighted on various social media platforms.

Reacting to the news, Nengi took to her Twitter page and stated that Sound Sultan’s legacy will never be forgotten. She also disclosed that the musician’s song, Natural Something was her ringtone for a long time.

Nengi’s post reads;

“RIP Sound Sultan. Your legacy would never be forgotten. May God grant his family the strength to bear this great loss. “Natural Something” was my ringtone for the longest time. It’s sad”.

Sound Sultan was a rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, comedian and recording artist. He was regarded as one of the pacesetters of modern hip hop music in Nigeria. He is noted for using his music to speak against poverty, corruption, bad governance and socialist ills in Nigeria.
