“Yellow Ghana” Granted Provisional Certification by Electoral Commission as New Political Party

Yellow Ghana, a new political movement with a vision for a united African continent, has received provisional certification from Ghana’s Electoral Commission, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards becoming a fully-fledged political party.

The provisional certificate, issued on May 30th, 2024 in Accra under section 8 (2) of the Political Parties Act 2000 (ACT 574), empowers Yellow Ghana to operate as a political entity within the framework of Ghana’s electoral laws, pending full certification.

Samuel Apea-Danquah, an independent Presidential aspirant and interim leader of Yellow Ghana, took to social media to announce this momentous achievement.
