Yasiel Puig is a Cuban-born American professional baseball right fielder who was a member of the Cuban national men’s baseball team that won bronze at the 2008 World Junior Baseball Championship in Edmonton.

Yasiel Puig is currently playing in the KBO League in South Korea for the Kiwoom Heroes. Prior to joining the Kiwoom Heroes, Yasiel Puig played for the likes of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, and El Águila de Veracruz.

Yasiel Puig is currently tied to a one-year contract with Kiwoom Heroes that is worth around $1 million.
Yasiel Puig signed his first contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers and it spanned between 2012 to 2018.
After leaving the Dodgers, Yasiel Puig joined the Cincinnati Reds in 2019 and also played for the Cleveland Indians in the same year.
Yasiel Puig left Major League Baseball for the Mexican League to play for El Águila de Veracruz before joining the Kiwoom Heroes in the KBO League.
