Since then, Dolan has directed and written several notable films, including “Heartbeats” (Les amours imaginaires, 2010), “Laurence Anyways” (2012), “Mommy” (2014), and “It’s Only the End of the World” (Juste la fin du monde, 2016). His films often explore themes of complex relationships, identity, and personal struggles. Dolan’s distinctive visual style and emotionally resonant storytelling have earned him a dedicated following and critical acclaim.

Dolan has received numerous awards for his work, including the Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014 for Mommy and the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016 for It’s Only the End of the World. He has also received a number of Canadian Screen Awards and César Awards.
