Rosemary Elizabeth Leathers was the partner of Sir Winfried Franz Wilhelm Bischoff the chairman of Lloyds Banking Group and a German-born British banker.

They had two sons together. Rosemary Elizabeth Leathers was born on 11 October 1945. She passed away on 5 November 2018 at the age of 73.
Win Bischoff died at the age of 81, on Tuesday, 25 April 2023 of natural causes according to his family.
Lloyds’ Chairman Robin Budenberg and Jamie Dimon, Chairman and Chief Executive of JP Morgan, also tributes to Bischoff.
“Sir Win was a giant of our industry,” Dimon said. “A pivotal and calming leader through the financial crisis – his wisdom has left an indelible influence on our management teams. It is a true honour to have worked with him so closely,” Dimon added in a statement.

Winfried Bischoff previously served as Citigroup’s chairman and interim CEO in 2007. On December 11, 2007, Vikram Pandit took over as CEO.
Win Bischoff was regarded as one of the industry’s most astute leaders, with a knack for reviving banks battered by the 2007 subprime mortgage crisis and subsequent credit crunch in the United States.
