About Transformers: Rise of the Beasts

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is a soon-to-be released American science fiction film the seventh installment in the Transformers film series and a direct sequel to the 2018 film Bumblebee.

The movie follows the story of a new group of humans and Transformers as they battle an ancient threat that has returned to Earth.

The Autobots and Decepticons have been living secretly living in the world for years, but now they must join forces with a group of Maximals and Predacons, two new factions of Transformers who have arrived on Earth.

Maximals are a group of heroic, animal-themed Transformers, led by Optimus Primal, a wise and noble gorilla. The Predacons on the other hand, are a group of villainous, animal-themed Transformers, led by Scourge, a ruthless and cunning dragon.

While this is happening, Noah, a young filmmaker who has just arrived to Brooklyn to pursue film making, finds himself caught up in the conflict between the Transformers factions, and becomes an unlikely ally to the Autobots and their new allies.

As the battle between the factions intensifies, Noah and his new allies must find a way to stop the Teravolt – a group of powerful and mysterious Transformers, who have come to the Earth to seek a powerful artifact that could help them control the universe.

The film will be portrayed by an ensemble of cast such as Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Vélez, Tobe Nwigwe, and many other voice actors.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is directed by Steven Caple Jr. and written by Joby Harold, and will be released on June 9, 2023.
