After the trailer for Thor Love and Thunder was released, fans are speculating if this will be the last time they see the god of thunder in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The new Thor: Love and Thunder trailer shows Chris Hemsworth’s Asgardian struggling to find himself as Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster appears, wielding a reconstructed Mjölnir and assuming the mantle of The Mighty Thor.
According to the new trailer, there appears to be proof that the Asgardian god will die.

The footage begins with Korg narrating a story to alien children around a fire, much like a legend, about events that have already occurred. “Let me tell you the story of the Space Viking, Thor Odinson,” Korg begins. He wasn’t your typical guy. He was a god.
Marvel fans noticed Korg speaking in the past tense and shared the popular new theory on Twitter, with one commenting, “Anyone else scared Korg is talking about Thor in the past tense here?” Furthermore, if Thor dies and goes to Valhalla, he is technically in another realm and may return one day.
