The next royal family member who could feasibly become Queen of England is Princess Charlotte.

This is because in order for a monarch to reign as King or Queen they have to be born into the family. And this is why Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and Kate Middleton will never be Queen Regnant.
There’s a special title reserved for eldest daughters. Princess Charlotte may only be six, but she’s already carrying around some serious royal titles.

She’s Her Royal Highness, Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, and—to her parents, anyway—Lottie.

There are a lot of title shifts when a new monarch is crowned. When Prince Charles, the first in line to the throne, ascends, Prince William and Kate will become the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall.
And then, when Prince William eventually becomes King William, Kate Middleton will become Queen Consort.
George, Louis, and Charlotte will become Princes and Princess of Wales, respectively.
But Charlotte, as the eldest daughter of the king, would also get the title of Princess Royal.
