Ukrainian singer, Julia Sanina is one of the four presenters at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest along with Alesha Dixon, Hannah Waddingham, and Graham Norton who will make the final appearance.

She arrived in the UK a few weeks ago to prepare for the event which is set to take place from Tuesday, May 9 to Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Sanina was present went the launch of the event took place, sharing that she was almost moved to tears seeing the dedication and hopes the theme of unity between two nations will be continued long after the contest wraps.

“Well, we were expecting the synergy of two cultures and I’m so happy to see everything Liverpool has done for Ukrainians. I know that there will be some Ukrainian refugees during the show, they got tickets and there will be a lot of Ukraine in the Eurovision and that really matters for us,” she said.
“I saw this beautiful painting by Ukrainian children in the center of Liverpool and I saw the pictures of the Beatles wearing Ukrainian Vyshyvankas and lots of Ukrainian flags everywhere. That makes us feel welcomed especially by super friendly people, and open-hearted people, and I think that will be really something new when two countries are hosting together,” she added.
