Why was Ishowspeed Arrested? What Exactly Did He Do?

Darren Watkins Jr., known as  IShowSpeed was arrested during his August 8, 2022, live stream.

In the now-viral video, the YouTuber appeared visibly confused throughout the situation. He said in disbelief:

“Oh my god, bro! I swear I didn’t do anything. I didn’t do s**t. Oh my god!”

It all started when he threatened to destroy his PlayStation 4. He tried lighting it inside his room, but the lid was made of hard plastic and did not catch fire. He called the cops and asked if he could burn his video game as a result.

The internet streamer attempted to set fire to his PlayStation again, and as it burned, he began shouting and trolling cops, claiming he was hurt and having trouble breathing.

They were asked to come as soon as possible. When the official asked for his address, he gave it to them.

IShowSpeed later informed his viewers that the address they had been given was incorrect after terminating the call. He did, however, continue to live his life for over an hour.

Since the rapper hasn’t provided any updates, it appears that he is being held by Cincinnati police.
