Robinson was medically cleared to play and has made significant progress since being released from the hospital, which was enough to get him into the lineup for the 1-3 Commanders.

He began doing drills as early as September 14, 2022, officially returning to practice on October 8 and making his debut one day later.

Brian Robinson Jr made his NFL debut for the Washington Commanders against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, October 9, 2022, six weeks after being shot in an attempted robbery.
