In his first year in college, Kevin averaged 9.3 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.
In his second year, Kevin scored 14.8 points and averaged 5 rebounds per game and earned an honorable mention All-Big Ten.
In 2017, he represented the United States in the 2017 FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup.
In 2018, the Atlanta Hawks drafted Kevin as 19th overall pick in the NBA draft, and in 2022, he was traded to the Sacramento Kings.
