Mike Colter is famous for being one of the most American talented actors.

Colter gained international recognition for playing Luke Cage in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in the streaming television series Luke Cage, The Defenders, and Jessica Jones.

He made his television debut in the 2002 American medical drama television series ER.

Colter also made his film debut in 2004 film Million Dollar Baby in 2004.

Since then, he has made several appearances in both movies and tv shows including Men in Black (1997), Guardians (2017), Carter (2022), Silver Bells (2005), Taking Chance (2009), Ship, Before You Know It (2019), Zero Dark Thirty (2012), Salt (2010), I Am Mother (2019), Girls Trip (2017), Black and Blue (2019), Breakthrough (2019), Men in Black 3 (2012), Extinction (2018), Million Dollar Baby (2004), and I’m Charlie Walker (2022).

He also starred as Rafe Grimes in the 2020 psychological thriller film Fatale which was directed by Deon Taylor.

In 2023, Colter played the role of Louis Gaspare in the American action thriller film Plane.
