Who Is Chuck Todd?

Chuck Todd is a journalist and TV personality, known for hosting NBC’s long-running public affairs show, “Meet the Press,” since September 2014.

Born on April 8, 1972, in Miami, Florida, Todd worked on political campaigns before he began his career in journalism, at National Journal’s “Hotline” newsletter.

Todd joined NBC News in 2007 as a political analyst and commentator, and later rose to become the network’s Chief White House Correspondent in December 2008, covering ex-President Barack Obama’s administration.

In 2010, Todd began moderating the morning program “The Daily Rundown” on MSNBC, up until 2014, when he took over as the host of NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

As a journalist, Todd focuses on political figures, conducts in-depth discussions on pressing issues, and provides analysis of current events.

He is also a writer of several publications, such as The Atlantic and The Hotline; and the book “The Stranger: Barack Obama in the White House”.
