Andrew Alturo Fahie is a British Virgin Islands politician and the current Premier of the British Virgin Islands since 26 February 2019.

Andrew fahie is also the current Chairman of the Virgin Islands Party in the British Virgin Islands.
Andrew Fahie is currently the elected member for the First District, a position which he has held since the 1999 general election.
Andrew Fahie was arrested in the United States on Thursday, April 18, 2022 on charges related to drugs trafficking and money laundering.
According to BVI governor John Rankin, who was notified of the arrest by the British government, Andrew Fahie was detained by the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Miami on the morning of Thursday (April 28, 2022).

According to The Miami Herald, Andrew Fahie was arrested together with Oleanvine Maynard, managing director of the BVI port authority, on charges of conspiring to import more than five kilos of cocaine into the US, as well as money laundering.
Earlier, in 2003, Offshore Alert reported that Andrew Fahie was under investigation in relation to allegations of money laundering.
Though Andrew Fahie has never denied that such an investigation took place, he has always maintained that no action was taken against him as a result of the investigation.
Andrew Fahie has subsequently referred to the allegations as “outdated, unproven, and unsubstantiated”.
Andrew Fahie and Oleanvine Maynard are to appear in Miami federal court on Friday (29 April, 2022).
