Molly Maria McCann, a professional mixed martial artist from England, was born on May 4, 1990.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Women’s Flyweight class is where she presently competes. Former Cage Warriors Flyweight Champion McCann had competed for that organization.

On May 4, 1990, McCann was born in Liverpool. Because of her mother’s drug usage issues and the absence of her father, she was raised in part by her aunt. She has two sisters and grew up in Norris Green, Liverpool.

The majority of McCann’s early MMA fights took place in Liverpool. Her employment at Subway during her formative years as a fighter allowed her to sustain herself, earning her the moniker “Meatball Molly”.

In 2018, McCann defeated Bryony Tyrell to win the vacant Women’s Flyweight Championship of the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship. She compiled a 7-1 record after competing on the regional circuit before joining the UFC.
