Joe Schobert, a linebacker for the American football team, is 28 years old. In Waukesha, Wisconsin, the United States, he was born on November 6, 1993. Joe, a football enthusiast who was raised in the Waukesha community, began playing the game at a young age with the goal of becoming a professional football player.

Joe continued to play football for the University of Wisconsin-Madison throughout the following years, eventually making it to the elite level.
His career has been fruitful; he has been selected for many Pro Bowls, won the Jack Lambert Trophy in 2015, the Big Ten Linebacker of the Year award, first-team All-American and first-team All-Big Ten honors all in 2017, and has received countless other accolades. Additionally, in 2017 he shared the NFL tackles lead.

Why did the Broncos cut Joe Schobert?

Schobert joined the Broncos on August 15, however he was released on Tuesday as part of the team’s effort to reach the 80-player mark before the deadline of that day at 4 p.m. ET. In his only postseason game with the team, he made two tackles.

Why was Schobert traded?

Schobert was thought to be a poor fit for the defense of the squad and its future.
