Why did Kendall Roy Poop The Bed?
The scope of Kendall’s substance abuse on Succession covers (at least as currently depicted) serious issues with both alcohol and cocaine, the latter varying in quality and purity, sometimes purchased in public parks by street-level dealers.
Of the two, most of the medical professionals surveyed for this piece believed that Kendall’s alcoholism was the more likely causal factor for his involuntary pooping the bed.

What Happened To Kendall Roy’s Wife?
Kendall Roy’s wife Rava Roy couldn’t stand his husband’s addiction to alcohol and cocaine. They eventually divorced but she had to keep reminding him of his parental duties towards their kids.
Though Kendall and Rava had hookups and Kendall tried getting back with his wife, she declined the whole time.
Is Kendall Roy Drowning?
in Season 3 Episode 8 of the series, Kendall seems semi-conscious when he responds for the last time to Iverson. He moves so that his head extends past the end of the float he’s lying on. The bottle slips out of his hand.
His head flops to one side, though it’s hard to tell because we’re looking at him from underwater. There’s every indication he has passed out. And then a line of bubbles comes out of his nose. He was drowning but as to whether he survives or not, the continuous season would indicate.
