Who Is Colby Covington?
Colby Covington is a mixed martial artist in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Born on February 22, 1988, in Clovis, California, USA, Colby ranks number 2 in the UFC welterweight rankings and has a mixed martial arts record of 20 wins and only 3 losses.

Colby started out as a wrestler while he was a student at Thurston High School in Springfield, Oregon, where he won the 171 lb state championship.
His collegiate career was first at Iowa Central Community College, where he won the 2007 165 lb national junior college wrestling title, in his freshman year, and with a 34–0 record.
Colby was late transferred to Oregon State University, where he studied sociology, and took part in the NCAA tournament, and was named an All-American.
He was also named a Pac-10 Conference champion on two occasions.
Upon graduation, Colby continued in the wrestling and grappling sport and won a gold medal at the 2013 FILA Grappling no-gi world championships.
