DeVon Franklin began his career during his time as a student at University of Southern California as an intern at Overbrook Entertainment, working for Will Smith and James Lassiter.

After graduating from USC, DeVon Franklin accepted a full-time position at Overbrook. Following this, he worked in Tracey Edmonds’ company Edmonds Entertainment as a junior executive.

Actress Meagan Good and her husband of nine years, DeVon Franklin, are calling it quits. According to E! News, DeVon Franklin filed divorce papers, saying the couple split because of irreconcilable differences. The pair, who wed in 2012, separated in August 2021, the documents said.
