Zara, on the other hand, is the daughter of Princess Anne, who is also a daughter of Queen Elizabeth II.
While Princess Anne is a member of the royal family, she and her children do not hold royal titles.
In other words, Zara is not a princess because when a member of the royal family has a child, the rules say that only the father may pass on his title, and the only princes and princesses in the family have fathers in the direct line of succession.

Zara Tindall, daughter of Princess Anne, is not only a British royal, she’s also a premier equestrian who won an Olympic silver medal.
Zara was not entitled to the Princess title due to not being a male-line descendant of Her Majesty.
So Beatrice and Eugenie’s children will not hold titles because their fathers are not members of the royal family.
