Shahid Khan acquired the team from its first main owner Wayne Weaver in 2012 and now owns it.

American football tight end Evan Michael Engram plays for the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
In the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected him as the 23rd overall choice after playing college football for Ole Miss.
Engram agreed to a one-year, $9 million deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars on March 16, 2022.
Engram’s first touchdown as a Jacksonville Jaguar came in a 21-17 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 8 of the season.
Engram caught a career-high 162 yards on eleven catches in a 36-22 victory over the Tennessee Titans in week fourteen. Two of those catches were for touchdowns.
