The stadium falls under the purview of Sport e Salute, a government body tasked with overseeing sports venues in Italy.
The Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) takes charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring the stadium runs smoothly and hosts events without a hitch.

AS Roma and S.S. Lazio, two prominent Serie A football clubs, call it home turf for their matches. It also sees action from the Italian National Rugby Team for official games and regularly hosts the Coppa Italia Final. Plus, it’s a hotspot for concerts, athletic showdowns, and cultural extravaganzas.
Originally, it was Benito Mussolini’s brainchild, built during his regime. After World War II, CONI took over the reins.
While AS Roma and S.S. Lazio dream of owning or managing the stadium someday, for now, it’s business as usual. Ownership and operation remain intact, with Sport e Salute and CONI at the helm.
