Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb were both great players in the Major League Baseball during their careers. However, Ruth was considered the better offensive player. Cobb was also slightly better at driving in runs which makes them very distinctive. Many of Ruth’s runs were driven with the long ball while Cobb did his with singles, doubles, and triples.
