Who was with Ken Block when he died?

Ken Block, rally car driving champion and DC Shoes co-founder passed away at age 55 in a snowmobile accident near Woodland, Utah on January 2, 2023.

According to a statement from the sheriff’s office, Ken was traveling with a group but alone when the accident happened.

The statement also stated that Block had been riding in the Mill Hollow area when his snowmobile upended on a steep slope and landed on top of him. Block was declared dead at the scene of the accident.

“Mr. Block was riding with a group but was alone when the accident occurred,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement. “We are saddened to hear of the loss of Kenneth and our hearts are with his family and friends so deeply affected.”

Ken Block’s team, Hoonigan, released a statement on the tragedy saying, “Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon. And most importantly, a father and husband.” “He will be incredibly missed.”
