American actor, Mike Batayeh who starred in the popular crime drama series Breaking Bad has died at the age of 52. According to his family, he died after suffering a heart attack in his sleep, however, he had no history of heart-related diseases. His death occurred on June 1, 2023.

“He will greatly be missed by those who loved him, and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many,” an official statement by the family read.

He played the role of Dennis Markowski, the manager at Gustavo’s infamous laundromat. He appeared in three episodes in seasons four and five of the show.

Batayeh also played the lead role in the movie Detroit Unleaded. Some of his other film credits include Everybody Loves Raymond, The Shield, Sleep Cell, Touch, American Dreams, American East, and more.
He was also a stand-up comedian who performed at comedy clubs during his career. Some of them include Gotham in NYC, Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, Improv, and Icehouse.
