In the Twilight Saga movie series, Edward Cullen is deeply in love with a teenager called Bella Swan. Their love story is the central focus of the entire series.

The story revolves around a teenage girl, Bella Swan who moves to a small town in the Pacific Northwest and eventually falls in love with a mysterious classmate, Edward Cullen, who is later identified as a 108-year-old vampire who has a family of vampires in town.

Bella Swan and Edward Cullen went on to have a relationship filled with conflicts with other vampires and werewolves. The series ended with Bella’s eventual transformation into a vampire herself after giving birth to a vampire daughter.
There are five movies in all: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
The first instalment called Twilight was released on November 21, 2008, and the Twilight series has gone on to gross over $3.4 billion worldwide.
The movie is directed by Catherine Hardwicke alongside writers Melissa Rosenberg and Stephenie Meyer.
