Ground and air searches of the area were conducted on March 14, 2022.
The next day 34 volunteers again helped search the area but were unable to locate Shaw.
According to the sheriff’s office, they had received tip on March 15 that Shaw was seen on March 10 at 4:30 p.m. walking north of Highway 104 on 372nd Street.
On Friday afternoon Sheriff David Greenwood confirmed that person was not Shaw.
The sheriff’s office had asked landowners in these areas to check any game cameras they may have to see if they may have captured an image of Shaw.
Sheriff Greenwood stated that more details would be released on Monday, March 21 following a scheduled autopsy.
