Petra Divac is the adopted daughter of Vlade Divac.

Petra’s biological parents, victims of violence perpetrated by Kosovo Liberation Army snipers, left her orphaned.

It was in the face of this adversity that Vlade Divac and his wife Snežana Divac opened their hearts and home to Petra, providing her with a second chance at a life filled with love and opportunity.

Petra embarked on her educational journey at Chapman University in Orange, California, where she enrolled in 2016.

Petra’s commitment to humanitarian efforts became evident during her internship at the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation in Belgrade, Serbia. From July to August 2018, she served as an Emergency Relief and Humanitarian Aid Intern, supporting the Foundation’s mission to assist in times of crisis.

Petra’s endeavors expanded into the professional realm. From October to November 2019, she worked as a Student Intern at the Acid-Free Book Fair in Los Angeles, California, showcasing her diverse interests. Subsequently, she served as a Digital Media Intern at the Sacramento Kings from December 2019 to January 2020, gaining valuable experience in the sports industry.

In 2020, Petra Divac achieved a significant milestone – earning a Communication degree from Chapman University. Her academic success underscored her dedication and perseverance.

After graduation, Petra continued to make strides in her professional journey. From July 2020 to December 2021, she worked as an Independent Consultant at Arbonne.

Since September 2023, Petra Divac has taken on the role of a Social Media and PR assistant at the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation. In this capacity, she contributes to the Foundation’s efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
