The ship has 28 different room types, including Royal Caribbean’s first Family Infinite Balconies and the three-story Ultimate Family Townhouse, providing accommodation options for every traveler.

Over 50% of Icon’s room types are new to the cruise line, including 8 new Suite categories and rooms designed specifically with families in mind. More than 82% of all rooms onboard Icon of the Seas will accommodate 3 or more guests, opening a broad array of accommodation options for families.
More than 70% of all rooms onboard Icon of the Seas will have balconies. Icon of the Seas is about 6% larger than the Oasis-class ships, which were previously the largest ships in the world.
The ship’s AquaDome neighborhood is an architectural marvel with a 55-foot-tall water curtain and 220° of ocean views. The $2 billion vessel is set to deliver unparalleled experiences and memories to its passengers later in January.
