Luke Isaac Rhoad Loucks is a former professional basketball player and coach from the United States. Luke currently works for the Sacramento Kings as an assistant coach.

Luke was a member of four consecutive NCAA Tournament teams while at Florida State, and he currently owns the school record for most career games played.
Loucks graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management in August 2011 and a master’s degree in sports management in August 2012.

Loucks joined the Golden State Warriors organization in the summer of 2016 as a paid intern after playing professionally in Latvia, Cyprus, Belgium, Germany, and the NBA Development League. Between 2017 and 2021, he worked with the Warriors as a player development coach.
Loucks joined the Nigerian national team as an assistant coach and player development coach in 2020. In July and August of 2021, he was a member of the Olympic staff.
Loucks worked with the Phoenix Suns in basketball strategy and personnel evaluation during the 2021–22 NBA season.
