Related is most known for building the Time Warner Center, where Ross lives and works, and the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project. Ross has a net worth of $7.6 billion in 2020, according to Forbes magazine, ranking him 185 on the Forbes Billionaires List in 2020. Ross is also the sole owner of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

Stephen Ross is one of four potential Chelsea buyers. Possible buyers include Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Todd Boehly, and Hansjorg Wyss.
However, none of them has made any public statements about it.
