Why Did Spencer Elden Sue Nirvana?
Elden recently filed a lawsuit against Nirvana for sexual assault because the photograph featured him as a naked baby in a swimming pool, having his genitals exposed.
The photograph shows the baby trying to catch a dollar bill trapped on a fishing hoop.
Spencer is accusing Nirvana of using his picture as a form of sexual exploitation and pornography. He is also accusing the progenitors for not signing any agreement or obtaining a written consent before the photograph was used.
His Lawyer, Robert Y Lewis, insinuated that the dollar bill in front of the baby portrays the minor as a sex worker.
Elden served at the Shepherd Fairey for a few years. He is committed to music and the arts in general.
