Noah Cyrus has been linked to several people. Noah appears to have had her first public relationship with artist Tanner Drayton, better known by his stage name Tanner Alexander.

In 2018, the duo recorded a song called “Lately,” and in June of the same year, they got tattoos together. However, by July 2018, Cyrus was reportedly dating someone new, and she has since deleted all pics of herself and Drayton from her Instagram.

Cyrus started dating rapper Lil Xan in July 2018 however they broke up when Cyrus sent a naked meme of Charlie Puth Xan, which Xan seemingly misinterpreted. The meme led Xan to make cheating accusations on his IG Story, and in response, Cyrus clapped back and accused Xan of cheating on her.
Noah Dated Dj Diablo for a short period in 2019. In that same year, Noah was linked to famous YouTuber Tana Mongeau.
The last person Noah was linked to was Smokepurpp (born Omar Pineiro), with whom she seemingly went public in July 2020 however the short lived romance ended in September 2020
