Ajla Tomljanovic and Matteo Berrettini have been dating since 2019. Tomljanovic was born in the Croatian city of Zagreb on May 7, 1993.

Until 2021, she had only advanced past the second round of one Grand Slam, the French Open in 2014. She did, however, reach a career-high ranking of 39 in April 2019, despite initially focusing on doubles.
Tomljanovic has yet to win a WTA title, but she has reached four finals, including the Hua Hin Championships in Thailand in February, where she was defeated by Dayana Yastremska.
After commencing to compete for Australia at the 2014 US Open, the tennis star moved her national allegiances from Croatia to Australia.

Despite receiving permanent status, she was still required to represent Croatia in non-Grand Slam competitions until January 2018, when she was granted full Australian citizenship.
Matteo Berrettini is a tennis player from Italy who is ranked ninth in the world (June 2021).
In 2019, he had his highest grand slam finish to date, reaching the US Open semi-finals before losing in straight sets to Rafael Nadal.
And the Italian is in good form in 2021, having advanced to the fourth round of the Australian Open before being forced to withdraw due to injury before his match with Stefanos Tsitsipas.
