Jonathan Gannon is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.

Jonathan Gannon previously served as an assistant coach for the Indianapolis Colts, Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons.
At Saint Ignatius High School, Jonathan Gannon won a state championship in basketball as a point guard and was a district champion as a hurdler in track.

At Saint Ignatius High School, Jonathan Gannon was also a standout wide receiver and defensive back. Jonathan Gannon played at the University of Louisville, however, he suffered a career-ending injury.
Jonathan Gannon remained with the University of Louisville program as a volunteer assistant during the 2003–2005 seasons.
In 2007, Jonathan Gannon was hired by the Atlanta Falcons as a defensive quality control coach. He was later hired by the St. Louis Rams as a college scout in 2009.
Jonathan Gannon served as the defensive backs and cornerbacks coach of the Indianapolis Colts under head coach Frank until 2020. He was hired by the Philadelphia Eagles as the Defensive Coordinator.
