Pam Gillies, is the wife of Canadian professional ice hockey player, and stalwart on the New York Islanders’ dynasty, late Clark Gillies.

Pam, is a native of Moose Jam and lived together in Greenlawn, New York, with their daughter, Brianna.
Gillies died of cancer on January 21, 2022 at age 67. He was the father-in-law to Justin Bourne, who is the son of Bob Bourne, Gillies ‘Free former teammate, and a former assistant coach of the Toronto Marlies.
Pam has been of great support to Gillies. She has especially stood behind him during and after his successful career.
In 2020, the couple were seen together at a Clark Gillies Foundation event, an annual Bowling for Kids fundraiser at Bowlmor Lanes in Melville.

The annual event had over 200 people in attendance, including many families with children coming together to enjoy bowling and pizza. The group’s mission is to help children who are developmentally, physically, or financially challenged and the event supports that cause.
Late Gillies won the Stanley Cup four years in a row with them, from 1980 to 1983. In 958 career games, Gillies recorded 319 goals, 378 assists, and 1,023 penalty minutes. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2002.
