After the death of the fashion icon, it was reported that the account in charge of handling the finances of the will disappeared. A source also reported that there was a suspicion of tax fraud in Karl Lagerfeld’s business.
“There was a raid on one of Mr. Lagerfeld’s businesses to seize evidence, and further inquiries have extended around the world. The situation has become extremely complicated, and this is why the settling of Mr. Lagerfeld’s affairs is far from simple,” the source disclosed.
