When Jade Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August 2008, the first thing she did was start saving for her two sons.

She also managed to amass £3 million to leave in trust for her loving kids Bobby and Freddy after working relentlessly selling interviews and photographs until only two weeks before her death.
And she added that the money will be used to privately educate both sons and provide them with the start that her drug-addicted mother had been unable to provide for her.
“The first thing she did was figure out how much it would cost to educate the boys privately until they were 16 years old.” In 2014, her ex-husband Jeff Brazier told The Sun that the answer was £260,000.

Jade’s fortune was claimed to have taken a significant hit in 2011 due to a £1.8 million tax debt after she allegedly failed to pay income tax for the last four years of her life.
In 2014, Jeff claimed that the IRS demanded additional money after it was determined that her Ugly beauty parlour in Essex’s expenses and losses did not qualify for tax relief.
However, Jade’s mother, Jackiey Budden, stated in 2019 that there is still plenty of money in the pot.
Jackiey was left £10,000 in the will, but Jade’s husband Jack – whom she married just two weeks before her death – was left with nothing but her £14,000 six-year-old Volkswagen, putting to rest suspicions that he was using her for money.
