Irish rugby union footballer Jeremy Loughman, born on July 22, 1995, competes for both the Ireland national team and United Rugby Championship side Munster as a prop.

After spending time at the Leinster Academy, Loughman joined Munster in December 2017 on a three-month development contract. On December 8, 2017, he made his debut for Munster A, coming off the bench as the provinces were defeated 25–14 by Bedford Blues in the British and Irish Cup.

On January 1, 2018, he made his Munster debut, replacing James Cronin in Ulster’s matchup during the 2017–18 Pro14 season. Loughman’s contract was first extended in April 2018 through the end of the 2017–18 campaign before being renewed for the entire 2018–19 campaign.
