She was famously involved in a relationship with fellow WWE star John Cena.
Bella began dating John Cena in 2012 and the couple became engaged on April 2, 2017, when Cena proposed to her after their mixed tag-team match at WrestleMania 33.
However, their relationship took a twist of events when on April 15, 2018, the couple called off the engagement and canceled their wedding, which was planned for May 5, 2018.

After her relationship with John Cena hit the rocks, Bella began dating her Season 25 Dancing with the Stars partner and Russian dancer Artem Chigvintsev. According to to reports, Bella and Chigvintsev have been dating since January 2019.
Bella and Chigvintsev announced their engagement on January 3, 2020 and on January 29, 2020, Bella announced that she is expecting her first child [with Chigvintsev] alongside her twin sister Brie, who announced her own second pregnancy the same day.
On June 11, 2020, on the season five finale of Total Bellas, Bella announced the baby’s sex, a boy and she gave birth to their son, Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev on July 31, 2020.
