Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart married Constanze Weber on August 4, 1782. Constanze was a trained Austrian singer who was born on January 5, 1762, in Zell im Wiesental, a town near Lörrach in Baden-Württemberg, in the southwest of Germany.

Constanze Weber and Mozart had six children together, but only two of them survived to adulthood. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical period.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born on January 27, 1756, in Mozart’s Birthplace, Salzburg, Austria. Mozart was a child prodigy who began composing music at the age of five and was performing for royalty by the time he was six.

Mozart’s early career was spent in Salzburg, where he worked as a court musician for the Archbishop of Salzburg. However, he was unhappy with his position and longed for greater artistic freedom.

In Milan, Mozart wrote the opera Mitridate, re di Ponto (1770). From 1782 to 1785 Mozart mounted concerts with himself as a soloist, presenting three or four new piano concertos in each season.
