Joshua Adam Donaldson is an American professional baseball third baseman for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball.

He previously played for the Oakland Athletics, Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians, Atlanta Braves, and Minnesota Twins.
He was initially drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 2007 MLB draft after playing college baseball at Auburn University.
On March 13, 2022, the Twins traded Donaldson, Isiah Kiner-Falefa, and Ben Rortvedt to the New York Yankees in exchange for Gary Sánchez and Gio Urshela.
