The Milwaukee Bucks selected Marjon Beauchamp, a guard from the NBA G-League Ignite, with the 24th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.

Marjon Beauchamp played basketball at Rainier Beach High School in Seattle for his junior year. He was selected the Seattle 3A Metro League’s most valuable player after leading Rainier Beach to league and district titles.

Beauchamp led his team to the Class 3A state semifinals and a fifth-place finish in the state tournament.

He was named to the USA Today All-USA Washington second team, the Associated Press Class 3A All-State first team, and The Seattle Times All-State second team after averaging 26 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists per game.

At the end of his high school career, major recruiting organisations rated Beauchamp as a consensus four-star prospect.

Beauchamp joined the basketball squad at Yakima Valley College in his hometown in March 2021. Beauchamp led the Northwest Athletic Conference in scoring as a freshman, averaging 30.7 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game in 12 games.
