Bobby Flay is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, food writer, and reality television personality best known as the owner and executive chef of Bobby’s Burger Palace, Bobby’s Burgers, and Amalfi.

Bobby Flay currently has Bobby’s Burgers in four locations including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Paris Hotel Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Yankee Stadium in New York City.

In 1991, Bobby Flay opened his first restaurant, Mesa Grill. Two years later he won the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year award.

Bobby Flay has worked with Food Network since 1995, winning four Daytime Emmy Awards and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bobby Flay opened Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP) in Lake Grove, Long Island, on July 15, 2008, at the Smith Haven Mall.
