Among those listed are former US Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, according to the documents. Over 150 associates are expected to be named in the unredacted files, as ordered by US judge Loretta Preska in relation to a lawsuit filed by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell.

The lawsuit, settled in 2017, accused Maxwell of defamation for dismissing Giuffre’s claims of sexual abuse as false. Jean-Luc Brunel, a French modeling agent associated with Epstein, was also named in the documents and was awaiting trial on charges of raping underage girls before his death in a Paris jail in 2022.

Bill Clinton and Donald Trump’s inclusion in the court files is linked to Giuffre’s interactions with Maxwell’s lawyers regarding inaccuracies in media coverage of her time with Epstein. Some names in the documents remain redacted to protect the identities of sexual abuse victims.

Other figures mentioned in the unsealed documents include Michael Jackson, George Lucas, Marvin Minsky, Alan Dershowitz, David Copperfield, Pope John Paul II, Oprah Winfrey, Jean Luc Brunel, Leslie Wexner, Tom Pritzker, Bill Richardson, Al Gore, and Stephen Hawking. It is important to emphasize that these references do not imply guilt but rather establish connections with the case.
