Jack Sock was born on September 24, 1992, in Lincoln, Nebraska, the United States to parents, Pam Sock and Larry Sock. He was raised alongside an older brother named Eric.

Jack Sock’s father, Larry works as a financial advisor. He relocated to Kansas alongside his mother and older brother at the age of 12 to train at the Mike Wolf Tennis Academy.

Jack Sock graduated from Blue Valley North High School in Overland Park, Kansas. He then went on to start playing college tennis at the University of Nebraska. He won four Grand Slam titles: one in mixed doubles at the 2011 US Open, as well as three men’s doubles titles at the 2014 Wimbledon Championships, the 2018 Wimbledon Championships and 2018 US Open.
