Lovers and friends festival is a hip hip music festival. It’s a one-day festival which took place on May 14. It was reported that three people were injured this year at the festival.

The large group of attendees at the R&B and hip hop-oriented festival fled the venue after there were reports of gunfire being heard nearby at around 10 pm.

The organisers of the show paused the show for close to 45 minutes. The organisers released a statement confirming that the LVMPD had investigated reports and determined it to be a false alarm, giving organisers a signal to continue the event.
