Stephanie Corneliussen was born in Copenhagen and attended Johannesskolen in Frederiksberg before moving to Copenhagen to study ballet.
Jacqueline Friis Mikkelsen, the CEO of Unique Models, an international modelling agency based in Copenhagen, discovered her at the age of 13 and encouraged her to enter the Supermodel of Scandinavia contest.
Stephanie Corneliussen began studying in the United Kingdom in 2007, while still expanding her modelling career, and she relocated to Los Angeles in 2011.
