Peter Brian Gabriel is a musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, and activist from England.

He rose to prominence as the original lead singer of Genesis, a progressive rock band. He launched a successful solo career after leaving Genesis in 1975, with “Solsbury Hill” as his first single.
Gabriel has received three Brit Awards, including Best British Male in 1987, six Grammy Awards, thirteen MTV Video Music Awards, the first Pioneer Award at the BT Digital Music Awards, and the Q magazine Lifetime Achievement Award
He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010 as a member of Genesis, followed by his solo induction in 2014.

Where is Peter Gabriel today?
Peter Gabriel now resides in Wiltshire, England, where he runs a commercial recording studio and his record label, Real World Records.
According to his drummer Manu Katché, Peter Gabriel will release his first new album in 20 years this year, followed by a tour in 2023.
Gabriel previously told NME in June 2022 that he has “a lot of songs I’m trying to finish” and hopes to have something out by the end of the year.
